FLAME HEATING: The boiler is heated by means of a custom-made high-power burner with modulating control valve, heat propagation cavity and flue gas extraction chimney.

STEAM HEATING: The boiler is steam heated through a TRAPCOLD jacket on the bottom and cylinder to ensure temperature homogeneity within the tank. There are no grids inside the boiler, so mashing is free: thus there are no stagnation zones (e.g., under grids) but the mash is evenly stirred with optimal heat exchange for high extraction and fast saccharification.

The stirrer ensures perfect stirring and due to its configuration allows its lifting during boiling and whirlpooling, equipped with special safety sensor and positioning

Whirlpooling is accomplished without moving the wort by recirculating the wort after boiling with the pump via a tangential inlet


Filtration vat Conical-bottom filtration vat is made separate from the boiler to be as low and wide as needed to have a large filtering surface area and a reduced height of the bed of spent grains, equipped with a rectangular door with a removable chute to facilitate the ejection of spent grains.
Optional we provide the accessory cutter that improves yield and simplifies the filtering and discharging of the spent grain.

Grid made from solid with thick waterjet precess, with trapezoidal cut, ensures maximum intermini yield, strength and cleanliness.
Optional: dual filtration level rods that serve to provide a clear indication of the internal filter situation, allowing the brewer to manage the stage with the highest possible output and speed.


Must transfer pumps operated by inverter conn aisi 316 impeller, which meets the specific requirements, hot liquids, sugary, with solid parts and detergents, mounted on trolley with independent control panel.

Optional: we mount CSF pump with removable open impeller made of aisi 316 steel to carry out washing steps more quickly.


Aisi 304 plate exchanger with high exchange coefficient, simplicity and safety in sanitization, and possibility of maintaining the exchanger through suitable plate pack regeneration operations.

Compact and easy to manage. The system provides a flame-steam supply. Vats made from certified steel , adopting oversized sheet thicknesses to ensure strength and durability.
