The beer brewhouse, model COMPACT EFFICIENT PRO from 6 – 12 – 16 HL is the ideal model for microbreweries, brewpubs, wineries, farms, beverage producers and restaurateurs wishing to start in the world of craft beer, high quality, with costs low production rates.

The configuration of this brewhouse is especially suitable for premises that have limited space for installation.

Made on a structure in stainless steel AISI 304, it is already fully prepared for operation, after connection to the users.

The plant includes a tank for mashing / boiling / Whirpool, a dedicated tank for filtration, a hot water tank and all the components necessary to complete its functionality.

The COMPACT EFFICIENT PRO brewhouse provides the possibility of adding a tank or an additional monoblock, in order to make double batch or batch continuously.

The process of transfer of must from the bottom limits the possibilities of oxidation, together with the filtration in an independent tank, make this brewhouse guarantee a high efficiency and yield.

The brewhouse has a production capacity for batch 6-12-16 hL of finished must at 15 ° P with an average yield of 85%, has a very low degree of oxidation of hot must and requires a reduced use of chemical products for sanitization.

It is very compact, simple to manage and with a high degree of reliability.

The plant provides an electric-flame-steam power supply.

Tanks made with certified steel, using oversized sheet metal shims to guarantee strength and durability over time.

It is a monobloc consisting of:
-a electric / flame / steam heating boiler with a stirring system that allows to make the mashing, boiling and whirlpool phases in the same tank
-a separate tank where only the filtration of the threshers with sparging takes place

– a boiler-sparging tank
– a plate heat exchanger for cooling the must
– a support base – access ladder to the vats
– an electrical control panel
– a group of pumps
– a system of pipes, valves and DIN food fittings for moving the product.

Fully prepared for using, prior to connection to the power line and the water supply.

After positioning the machine, it is necessary to connect the boiler to produce hot water.

The plant provides the possibility of adding a third tank for boiling / whirlpool to double the capacity and reduce production times.

The system, in addition to all the components necessary to complete its functionality, provides:

Mashing/Boiling/Whirlpool tank

ELECTRIC HEATING: The boiler is heated by means of resistors, one on the conical bottom and on the cylindrical plating, to guarantee a homogeneity of the temperature inside the tank.
FLAME HEATING: The boiler is heated by a high-power burner made to measure with a modulating control valve, heat propagation gap and combustion smoke extraction chimney.
STEAM HEATING: The boiler is steam heated through a TRAPCOLD jacket on the bottom and on the cylinder, to guarantee a homogeneity of the temperature inside the tank.
Inside the boiler there are no grids and therefore the mash is free: in this way there are no stagnation zones (for example under grids) but the mash is uniformly mixed with an optimal heat exchange for a high extraction and a saccharification fast.
The mixer ensures perfect mixing and thanks to its configuration allows
its lifting during the boiling and whirlpool phase, equipped with a special safety and positioning sensor
The whirlpool is made without moving the must, recirculating the must after boiling with the pump via a tangential entrance.

Filtration tank

Filtration tank with conical bottom is made separate from the boiler to be low and wide as needed to have a large filtering surface and a height of the reduced bed of thresher, equipped with a rectangular door with removable slide, to facilitate the expulsion of exhausted thresh .
Optional: we supply the accessory cutter that improves the performance and simplifies the filtration and discharge phases of the threshers.
A full-body grid with a thick thick waterjet, with a trapezoidal cut, guarantees maximum yield, strength and cleanliness.
Optional: double filtration level rods that serve to provide a clear indication of the internal situation of the filter, allowing the brewer to manage the phase with maximum yield and maximum possible speed.


Plate exchanger in AISI 304, with high coefficient of exchange, simplicity and safety in sanitization and possibility to maintain the exchanger through suitable regeneration of the plate pack.


Support structure in stainless steel AISI 304 monotubular, made with care and attention and equipped with adjustable feet.

Control panel

The brewhouse is equipped with a software developed by Enobeer, which guarantees a prefect control of the inertia and the maximum in terms of performance and reduction of the consumption of the system.
Integrated remote assistance control.
It allows you to automate the mashing and boiling cycle to the benefit of repeatability and quality of your beer.

Must pump

Must transfer pump managed by inverter with a 316 impeller, which responds to specific needs, hot liquids, sugars, with solid parts and detergents.
Optional: we mount CSF pump with removable open impeller in AISI 316 steel to carry out more quickly the washing phases.


The fixed pipes of the brewhouse have been specially designed to guarantee perfect sanitizing of the system, guaranteeing the recirculation of the sanitizing product and rinsing it in all parts of the machine in a very short time.
