DESCRIPTION
The pasteurizer is designed to heat fruit juice, extracted through pressing and properly prepared, to a specified temperature.
Liquids with high viscosity (such as jams) or those undergoing fermentation are not suitable for use with this equipment.
The pasteurizer heats the juice by immersing a coil in hot water, thereby preventing overheating that could occur with direct heating methods (e.g., placing a pot over a flame).
The juice, once heated to a temperature of at least 75°C (monitored via built-in thermometers), is bottled immediately in containers and sealed with airtight caps.
This process halts the fermentation and allows the juice to be naturally preserved for an extended period.
