TANK CONFIGURATION
Fermenter Model Fcr30 with 30° Conical Bottom Thanks to its features, this is a tank for professional use, which ensures top-quality beer production.
The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, mirror polished inside, flowered outside. The tank is equipped with several useful elements for the brewer, such as the coolant pocket, the 400 mm diameter anti-retention manhole cover and the 1″ flushing tube with retraction, partial and total drain with stainless steel butterfly valve. It is also equipped with a level, a steel sampler and a Dn 80 bimetal thermometer with a measuring range of -20° to + 80. Thanks to meticulous attention to manufacture and care for details, we guarantee the utmost in cleanliness and organoleptic safety of the beer.
