Cannular can seamer is an easy-to-use, reliable, and wonderfully simple manual canner. Whether you are a trendy bar or a simple homebrewer who wants to keep your beer fresh and protected from harmful light, the Cannular is the answer. The Cannular canner is one of the most compact and easy to use,with one operator you can sew/seal cans in less than 5 seconds, which means this compact machine is suitable for small production runs. Preserves product quality and freshness Gas barrier- Although a glass bottle is completely airtight, crown seals allow a small migration of CO2 from the beverage and allow small amounts of oxygen to penetrate when the rubber seal is permeable. So as a packaging solution glass bottles are imperfect and the quality of the product will degrade more rapidly because of this gas migration. Aluminum cans have an airtight metal on the metal seal that is impervious to gas transmission. Light Block: many beverages, particularly beer, can be damaged quickly by light. If you expose many beers to sunlight for even 5 minutes, the beer may be slightly damaged (“skunk”). Even dimmer lights, such as interior lights, will damage beer over time, and you may experience noticeable crush with incandescent and fluorescent bulbs within a few hours. So unless you keep your glass bottles in the dark, you will always compromise the quality of the beer. Aluminum cans solve this problem by blocking 100 percent of harmful light. However, if you use different sizes of cans or the machine has become out of order in transit, you can use the manual to facilitate realignment of the spindle/rollers/mold.
