The plant is mounted on a talayer made of stainless steel, where are located ; pump, exchanger, automatic control panel, slaving platform, buffer tank and mash tank with automatic rake/plow for easy mixing and discharge of spent grain.
3 levels of automation available, so that the presence and intervention of the master brewer is proportional to the production effort and economic investment.
